Strawberry puree is widely used in food and beverages which retain flavors, nutritional values in the food products. Strawberry is rich in vitamin, fiber, polyphenols and other nutritional compounds which has health benefits.  Due to Strawberry puree containing these healthy constituents, Functional Beverage Manufacturers includes the puree to promote health benefits within their drink.

There are different types of strawberry puree offered by the manufacturer such as regular (seeded and seedless), frozen, concentrated, and canned.

Juicy, bright and just the right amount of sweetness, Strawberries are a summer time favorite. Strawberries are high in vitamins, fiber, and high levels of antioxidants known as polyphenols. They are sodium-free, fat-free, and cholesterol-free. They are among the top 20 fruits in antioxidant capacity.

A blend of strawberries having a Brix reading above 6.5° is pureed and filtered and/or centrifuged to remove seeds and large pulp solids.
