Pomegranate Juice
Pomegranate is a fruit that is cultivated in West Asia, the Mediterranean region and other parts of the world. Since ancient years, its consumption has been associated with numerous health benefits such as antioxidative, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties.
The concentrated juice is manufactured by washing/grading, the pomegranates are deseeded, pressed, sieved and treated with enzymes to ensure clarification of juice. Afterwards the juice is clarified, filtered and concentrated via thermal evaporation. The Concentrates are pack in Aseptic bags in a 270Kg Steel Drum and stored at 0.5 degree Celsius.
