Mango Puree Concentrate
Mango is also known as “King of fruits”. Mango puree concentrate prepared by extracting the pulp obtained from mature ripe mango. Ripe fruit is processed in excellent conditions according to AIJN Code of Practice with a high level of food safety.
Totapuri mango concentrate is considered famous for food processing industries because of delicious taste and rich flavour. These mangoes vary in length but are generally about 7 inches long with golden yellow colour. Totapuri variety is grown in south Indian region like Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu and Karnataka.
