Banana Concentrate 70Brix
The manufacturing process consists of peeling, mashing, enzymatic treatment, decanting, clarification, pasteurization and concentration to the required Brix. The banana juice is an excellent source of potassium (2,900 mg/l minimum). It can be used for special blends in preparation of natural beverages and refreshments, as well as in dairy products due to its low acidity compared with other fruits.

The product is made from Cavendish bananas grown under controlled conditions for baby food. They comply with the strict guidelines for Baby Food in Europe and the USA. They are optimally processed in maturity and are free from diseases, mold, rot or peel. The origin of the bananas is from our factory in Colombia.
