Pear Puree

Pears pack a nutritional punch being a nutrient-dense food and an excellent source of fiber. One medium pear provides 6 grams of fiber. They also contain vitamin C, phytonutrients, and antioxidants.

Pear Puree and Concentrate are minimally processed to retain better color and flavor. 

Fresh pear fruit is washed, scrubbed, sorted, blanched and processed through finishers. After the Pear Purée and Concentrate passes through the finishers it is then being packaged aseptically or frozen.
