Mango Puree

Mango is also known as “King of fruits”.  Mango puree concentrate prepared by extracting the pulp obtained from mature ripe mango. Ripe fruit is processed in excellent conditions according to AIJN Code of Practice with a high level of food safety.

The Alphonso mango  widely known for its sweetness, aromatic flavour and richness. This is the most expensive mango. There are two varieties of Alphonso mango. Western Alphonso variety is grown in western India like Maharashtra, Gujarat and Karnataka. Southern Alphonso variety is grown in south Indian region like Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu and Karnataka.

Totapuri mango concentrate is considered famous for food processing industries because of delicious taste and rich flavour. These mangoes vary in length but are generally about 7 inches long with golden yellow colour. Totapuri variety is grown in south Indian region.

Depending on the country of origin, various varieties are processed. 
India: Alphonso, Totapuri and Kesar mangoes
Peru:  Criollo and Chato de Ica mangoes.
Colombia: Magdalena Mangoes
Mexico: Tommy, Kent, Haden, Keitt and Ataulfo mangoes

We offer conventional, organic and baby food range.
We also offer frozen mango pulp (Totapuri, Alphonso).
