Grapes Juice Concentrate

Our concentrated juice comes from fresh grape juices unfermented, obtained from healthy and selected grapes, from which water has been removed through evaporators of latest technology, keeping all-natural characteristics of the grape. Only wine grapes (VITIS VINIFERA) are used to produce our concentrates (no table grapes). The liquids are vicious without additives, flavorings or colorings of any kind, 100% Natural.

Grape Concentrate 65-68Brix – White Grape Concentrate
Conventional White Grape Juice Concentrate at 68° BRIX, Characteristic, clear, viscous homogenous and free from foreign particles. Typical from white mature and sound grape, clean. Clear from light yellow to gold/ amber yellow.

Deionized White Grape Concentrate 65-68Brix
The rectification process removes all juice components except water, glucose and fructose. The obtained juice is transparent in colour and neutral in taste which makes it particularly suitable for sweetening. Only wine grapes (VITIS VINIFERA) are used to produce our concentrates (no table grapes). Deionized Grape Juice Concentrate is normally produced at 65-68° brix.

Baby Food Grape Juice Concentrates are products specifically designed to suit the reparation of Baby Food which follows specific standards. Only wine grapes (VITIS VINIFERA) are used to produce our concentrates (no table grapes). Careful controls are carried out on the raw material in order to ensure that the products comply with the EU standards for Baby Food. Baby Foods Grape Juice Concentrates follow specific regulatory provisions related to pesticides residues and contaminations.
